Our Foster Care Timeline

-December 2010- Applied to become foster parents.

-January 2011- Application approved.

-January 2011- Fingerprints done.

-January 2011- Initial visit.

-February 2011-Home study paperwork turned in.

-February 2011- FC Training

-March 2011- Waiting on DHEC & Fire Inspections...all month...

-April 2011- Another visit from our worker & inspections finally scheduled!

-May 2011- National Foster Care Awareness Month! Held an information meeting at our church.

-June 2011- Fire Inspection!

-July 2011- DHEC inspection!

-August 2011- Home study completed. Waiting for our license in the mail!

-September 2011- Waiting for our license in the mail!

-October 2011- Waiting for our license in the mail....

-November 2011- Waiting.on.our.license.....

-December 2011- Hit the one year mark, & still waiting on our license.

GOT OUR LICENCE IN THE MAIL! On December 13th!!

-January 2012- Our updates for our fire & health inspections have been scheduled!

-February 2012- Waiting for our first call!
